You are right, the participants will be located in many different time zones around the World so there will be quite a few late nights on my behalf! The Basecamp portal will be open 24/7 so you can work on it whenever it suits you, it doesn't have to be when I'm online. Much of the work will just pass back and forth between us so there isn't always a need for everyone to be online at once. The one on one call via Skype will be scheduled at a time that suits us both, we'll schedule that once we get started. I'm prepared to be quite flexible at my end with times. I hope this helps.
